HERITAGE OF FLIGHT FESTIVAL ~ 2012

We are looking for vendors for our 8th Annual Heritage of Flight Festival on Main Street in New Carlisle. The Festival is the first weekend in October, this year falling on October 5th, 6th & 7th.

Last year was a huge success and this year is looking even bigger and better! Be sure to check out this year’s schedule here on the site. We are looking for any type of vendor – food and non-food vendors.

Do you belong to an organization wanting to get the word out on your program? Do you do crafts you would like to sell? Maybe a fundraiser for your club? We will welcome everyone that would like to set up.

Main Street will be a flurry of activities for the weekend. The Festival kicks off Friday, October 5th at 4pm with a classic cruise in, last year we had over 750 cars!

Saturday, October 6th begins with entertainment at 10am, with the Parade of Planes and Community Parade starting at 11am. So, if you would like to spend the weekend on beautiful Main Street in New Carlisle, please complete the vendor application appropriate for your space. We are expecting a huge turnout, so get your applicationin early.

Food Vendor spots are currently filled. We encourage food vendors
to submit an application to be added to the waiting list.
Price for the weekend for Food Vendors (all 3 days) is $125.00
For Non Food Vendors (Sat & Sun) $50.00
(Non Food Vendors – half price for non profit organizations.)
Hours for Non Food Vendors are Saturday, right after the parade until 10pm,
Sunday 10am-6pm. No early tear downs.

If you would like more information please give us a call and we will try to answer all of your questions. We will be sending out vendor packets with all the information on vendor placement, parking, etc. sometime in early to mid-September.
